Hussein Tai is a Iraqi-Danish (Born in Baghdad) contemporary artist, who is known for his art that displays the clear differences between his war-filled Homeland to Denmark he is now currently living and working in. He expresses his life experiences and understanding of war through his art. Tai studied at College of Fine Arts - Bagdad university and Yale University school of art (1985–92). In the winter of 2000 Tai migrated to Denmark, where he is currently living and working.
